About me
Hey there, I'm Chris.
I'm an artist at heart with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven by curiosity and a love for building things.
Currently, I'm the website manager and digital marketing lead at Saint Francis Ministries. When I came on board, their website was on life support, barely hanging on after any minor edit. I took on the challenge of rebuilding it from the ground up, creating a modern, user-friendly site that has faster load times, better user engagement, and a platform that's built to last.
How I approach website development and management
Four jobs, one person.
Most website problems are not one discipline failing. They are the seams between disciplines, which is exactly where handoffs get lost.
Design
Layout, hierarchy, and graphics, so the site looks like one thing instead of five vendors.
Content
The words on the page, the structure they sit in, and whether either of them is doing any work.
Marketing
SEO, Google Ads, analytics, and tracking that tells you the truth about what the site is doing.
A developer hands off to a marketer who hands off to a writer who hands off to a designer, and the thing that gets published is a compromise nobody actually chose.
With me, it is all one person.
